According to our research, repatriating back to Africa will greatly increase the quality of life and overall well being of African descendants.
Sankofa Repatriation Assistance Program, Inc. (SRAP) will act as an incubator, having 40% ownership of all businesses we provide the seed capital for those start up businesses of our repatriates. SRAP's ownership percent will be reduced annually until it reaches 20%. Ultimately having hundreds and eventually thousands of companies on the African continent falling under the umbrella of the Sankofa Repatriation Assistance Program. The income from those businesses to SRAP will go towards repatriating more and more of our brothers and sisters back home to establish yet more businesses. The cycle will continue to repeat itself over and over until all those who want to go are returned.
SRAP was established with the aim of building an organization that will outlive the founders and initial players. Part of the vision of the program is to handover the baton from one generation to another generation; hence we have perfected our plans to put the right structures in place that will aid our succession plan.
